After receiving your gearbox, we will perform the following inspection:
- Check condition of all bearings
- Inspect and record gear damage
- Check for shaft damage
- Check all critical dimensions on case.
- Generate quotation for repair

- Clean and grit blast case
- Paint Case to any color
- Replace or repair gears
- Repair shafts by plasma coating and grinding
- Replace shafts, if needed
- Replace all bearings
- Check end play of bearings
- Check TIR and backlash
- Assemble and test
- Provide full report
