Plasma Coating

This is a thermal spraying process that enables us to deposit motten alloy and ceramic coatings onto metal so that these coatings solidify and mechanically bond. These spray coatings are used to improve surface wear characteristics; to provide resistance to heat, oxidation, and chemical environment; to restore dimensions or to build up the surface of worn parts so that it can be machined or ground to original dimensions; to reduce erosion wear; and to improve corrosion control.
